Villa Caterina

The entrance to the house is through the upper floor, where you find the common areas complete with a spacious living room-dining room with a fireplace and large glass doors that let in sunlight all day. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a magnificent terrace and barbecue area all around the front part of the house.

The ground floor can either be reached from the interior or exterior of the building and here you have all the bedrooms, each with its own private terrace and direct access to the pool area. Once again, the large glass doors allow the maximum of sunlight to enter into the house. There is also a laundry room on this floor.

The swimming pool and terrace area give our clients the option to get the most from the grounds of the house as well as the interior.
